Graham Wrigley, Chairman

Graham Wrigley has over 25 years of experience in the private sector. Starting his career at Bain and Company, he moved on to become a founding partner and member of the senior management team at Permira, one of the world's largest private equity firms. He then started a second career, and for the last five years he has been working in private sector development. Graham has worked in small cap private equity as Chairman of Aureos (at the time the largest SME investor in low income countries) and with Manocap, a private equity fund based in Sierra Leone. In microfinance, he has worked with CASHPOR (the largest not for profit MFI in India) since 2008 and has been working with Samriddha Pahad UK since 2010. Graham studied at St Johns College, Cambridge University and has an MBA from INSEAD, France, where he is now also a Visiting Professor. As part of training for his work in development, he also studied for an MSC in economic development at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London in 2007. He is also the Chairman of CDC group of the UK Government.

Mia Wrigley

Mia Wrigley worked in investment banking in Stockholm and London for 8 years after studying at the Stockholm School of Economics and gaining an MBA from INSEAD in France. Since then she has, apart from raising 4 children, been involved in marketing consultancy, organising yearly charity events, property and garden development and management, as well as setting up and running a vineyard.

Iain Young

Iain graduated from St John's College, Cambridge with an MA in law. He is based in Singapore, is a finance lawyer and a founding partner of Stephenson Harwood LLP's Singapore office which he helped establish in 1996. The office has grown from a base of two lawyers and an office manager to an office now numbering over fifty lawyers and a hundred people in total. Iain specialises in banking and asset finance, particularly in relation to ships and offshore assets. He acts for leading banks and export credit agencies, with well recognised shipping and offshore desks, prominent owners and operators and well established shipping funds. His work includes negotiating and agreeing loan and security documentation whether pre or post-delivery, advising on and drafting documentation relating to lease structures, drafting and negotiating shipbuilding contracts, charters, other employment contracts, sale and purchase documentation and sale and lease back type structures. Iain's practical and commercial approach to transactions, sound advice and timely delivery of documentation are among the reasons he is consistently rated as a leading lawyer in his field by Chambers Global/Asia Pacific and The Legal 500 Asia Pacific. Iain is passionate about sport, enjoys the outdoors and is an avid reader of mountaineering books.

Jonathan Drew

Jonathan is based in Hong Kong and works for HSBC. Jonathan graduated with an MA in Economics from Cambridge University in England and is also qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Jonathan started his banking career in London and after working in rapidly emerging Latin America and raising capital for large scale projects in the Middle East has been based in Hong Kong since 1997 witnessing first-hand the rapid growth of Asia and notably China. During this time he has been involved in transactions across a wide range of sectors including advising on and arranging finance for projects that produce and deliver energy (renewable and non-renewable) and transport people and resources from source to point of consumption as well as a wide range of infrastructure projects in social and education sectors with a focus on resource efficiency and sustainability. These transactions have involved supporting projects, corporates and institutions to approach various financial markets and structuring products including sustainable bonds and loans to meet the often large and specific needs of clients in markets with very distinct financial and regulatory characteristics. He chairs the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association Green Loan Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Green Finance Association
